How much does an implant with Dr.Clavell cost if you dont have the insurance? I am from Europe so understandable that I will need to pay out of pocket if I decide for a high volume implanter in US.
Second question : If the implant fails early do i have to pay again the same amount of money or less for the revision?

I don't know what the definition of "fails early" would be. There are no guarantees as to how long the implant will be functional. The manufacturers give some type of warranties for the product itself, but that wouldn't cover the surgeon's time for a revision.
I'd call Clavell's office and ask what the price is. I think there are financing options too, which may affect the final price if you financed rather than paid in full.

Age 73. Started taking 5 mg Cialis daily in 2000. Minor ED started in 2021. Major ED problem started in 2022. Coloplast Titan (20 cm w/1cm RTE) implanted infrapublicly on 01/24/2023 by Dr. Edward Karpman (El Camino Urology Medical Group, Mt. View, CA).

This. between $1000 and $1800 USD will go to the hospital and the rest will go to Dr. Clavells office.

I had my implant done by Dr. Clavell on 1/4/23. I paid out of pocket and can confirm that the total price was $21,000.
The implant manufacturer will cover the cost of the actual implant should it need to be replaced, but you will have to pay the doctor his fee for the surgery itself.
