Hey guys, I was sick in bed w the flu for a week. I didn't cycle that whole time.
Is that a problem? I've had my implant for 1.5 years

Lord no -- I have gone for periods without cycling and lost anything -- others may differ, but I don't believe daily cycling is at all a necessity, especially over a year out.

First time around I cycled like a maniac 2 times a day 30-45 per
Now I skip days and rarely go longer than 10-15 minutes
I’m bigger than I’ve ever been

I get the stretching feeling while inflating when I skip more than one day. There will be more resistance to inflating, I guess. There won't be a major harm to the implant or pump, if you don't cycle for a week or so, but if you are not using your implant for some reason, it is better to at least fully inflate for at least 15 minutes twice a week.

From day one I never cycled. Didn't know you were supposed to, doc gave no info about that, and I had not found FT yet.
Mine still works!

I got a Titan in 2008. I never used it, and inflated it very seldom - maybe a couple of times a year. Even so, it quit working a couple of years ago - the pump stopped pumping fluid. In my case, failure was certainly not caused by overuse.

My doctor says once or twice a week is all that is necessary to keep the valve from getting "sticky."

I don't cycle unless I am going to use it and I have gained another 1/4" in length in the last two months. I am now 1/4" longer than before surgery without the extra cycling.

I don't have an implant yet, but I thought you only suppose inflate the implant the first months, are you guys telling that you have to inflate the implant every day to prevent shrinkage?

Don't think so. I got an implant (Titan) in 2008, never used it, and cycled it only two or three times a year. Even so, it quit working a couple of years ago. Anyway, I never experienced any shrinkage at all even with virtually no cycling at all.

Yes, just the first few months is all you need. Some guys go for a year or more. I only inflated for sex.
Shrinkage happens when you are not getting erections and tissue loses it elasticity. Once you're implanted shrinkage is not going to happen unless you don't use it.
