I am coming up to 6 weeks post op , and have found that most of my initial self-perceived "problems" were not actually problems. They were just post-op stages that have self resolved. Swelling is nearly gone; tenderness is pretty bearable; I can work the pump; the pump DID drop down on its own to a workable position; I can wear regular pants; overall I am very happy.

I do have one thing that is grabbing my attention ,and it may or may not be a problem.

Here is what happens: I inflate to max ... and it does indeed feel like it is inflated to max; but if I wait a few minutes I can put in a couple more pumps. This continues over and over . My unit never deflates on its own past a certain point, but it does lose the "iron rod" status . I am sure that it is NOT that my penis is getting bigger and bigger by the minute. It has to be that a valve (in the pump?) is not holding pressure.

So to those reading this, can please tell me if you have a similar situation with your unit ? Once that you max inflate, how long does it stay at that max inflation ? Can you put a couple more pumps into the unit in 10-15 minutes after you have max inflated ?

Is it possible that the unit has a relief valve to assure that it is not over pumped ?

I've got a Titan Touch implated 25 days ago.

When I inflate it to max -- ie., when it doesn't "feel" like any more saline can be pumped into the cylinders -- and wait about 30 mins or so, I can usually pump a few more squeezes into the implant.

I don't consider this a problem because "max" is way more than is needed for penetration and, even if it's not, it's really easy to squeeze a pump or 2 more into it w/o drawing attn to the fac that you're doing it.

Not sure exactly what’s going on but my opinion is the implants are brand new and not broken in at all. My first pump up was maybe 8-9 pumps. Within a few weeks I was at 10-12. By two months I was at 20… now at 9 months it has evened out to about 25 wall to wall and then 4-6 small pumps to rock hard and then no more can be forced no matter how long I wait. That being said, you actually are growing slightly in girth and probably a little in length… it happens so little at a time that it’s not perceptible. From month to month you could probably measure a slight increase and that would explain having to add pumps as you stretch it out. Wow ... you are brave . I am coming up to 6 weeks and still holding back from having sex . I need to give it the full six weeks before I can give any feedback on that subject, but see my next post regarding the IPP...

My reservoir is located in my abdomen , on my right side. I went to sleep last night with my unit partially deflated. I slept much of the night on my right side. I woke this morning at full mast ... just like a morning woody from the good old days. The only explanation I can think of is that the pressure on the reservoir (from sleeping on my right side) forced the saline solution into my cylinders. I got out of bed and there was no sign of self-deflation. I was able to partially deflate using the Titan pump OTR valve .

Hopefully all of these weird behaviors of the IPP are just part of the pump and valves breaking in ?
