Implant rods poking

Im 5 days out from having been implanted. Healing has been going extremely well. Ive been able to pull on the pump and it seems to be positioning itself nicely.

Ive been kind of scared to touch or examine anything yet, but today while lying in bed i noticed how hard and unnatural the implant feels. The rods at the top of the penis seem to be pushing through the sides, almost as if they are about to poke through the skin. The backside of the penis is rock hard. Do these issues correct with healing? Ive tried moving and massaging the penis to see if i can get things to soften up. I was told i am not inflated by the nurse, but they would inflate in 2 weeks.
I would appreciate any thoughts

The worse pain or discomfort I had during healing was the tips of implants just above my circumcision scar and in the base of my glans. This is where the solid part of the tips change to the tube part. When Dr deflated me at 1 week it kinda kicked out at that spot and was very uncomfortable. Actually felt much better when I inflated it a couple pumps to straighten this spot out. Within a month or a little more it all gets toughened up and never thought about it again til I read your post.

This is good to know. I’m 8 days in of cycling. I inflate as much as i can but it’s the tips pushing under the glans that makes me squirm and cry uncle after about 40 minutes. Glad to hear they toughen up.

the first photo I noticed a week ago of that hole, I sent the photo to the doctor and he told me that it could be an injury, I forgot to say due to what, in that point there are the final points of the points that I they give a crazy annoyance and I'm always sore, my fear is that it's erosion, he made me put a cream called cortison chemycetin, after 3/4 days it seemed healed, I put the cream on until day 5, now as the pictures show following photos those points look red and they hurt, now I don't have the courage to inflate it all when I ride a bicycle, and on Saturday that I had sex I didn't feel like inflating it all, what do you think ... is this a normal thing or c It is to worry that the tips can puncture those points where they rub

You can see from the photo where the tips are, but i have been assured by my ( new ) surgeon that erosion is very unlikely.

Do you inflate it to the max? Has that point where the tips rub ever reddened?
