When I was younger, premature ejaculation was always an issue. Now that I have the implant and have resumed sex, I don’t cum. The most I get is a bit of oozing pre-cum.
I sent this message to my urologist “It has been 6 months since my implant surgery. It does work well, even though I still wish it were larger. Inflating and deflating are fully functional.
I am incapable of producing ejaculate. Any idea what the cause of this is? “
I received this response "Related most likely to diabetes and laxity of the bladder neck to squeeze shut when you ejaculate. Also with age ejaculate volume decreases in general.".
Anybody else experiencing this or have any ideas on how to restore the ejaculation function?

Re: No ejaculate
Hi Timex,
Sounds like you have retrograde ejaculation, the same as me:
Very common in diabetics, especially those with poor control.
Effectively your ejaculate m, rather than going out of your urethra , goes into your bladder as your bladder muscles are weakened by nerve damage. It has nothing to do with the implant.
It’s not harmful, and only causes an issue if you want to conceive, which , given your age I doubt you do.
Unless you want to start a family, forget about it and be great fun there’s no mess!!
