Like my signature says, I'm getting an implant in just a few weeks with Dr. Hakky and I have one more appointment coming up to ask him questions, but I have something else that needs the wisdom of the crowd.

Just to say it, my current girth is nothing impressive . I don't have a measurement on it, but I really don't think it's at the higher end - maybe not even at the medium level. (Before you guys give me the "You're probably just comparing yourself to pornstars, and yours isn't that thin" peptalk - I did try that Eddie cock ring thing from Giddy and I needed the smallest one they make). As I understand it, the Titan that Hakky has recommended tends to increase girth a bit, and I assume it's likely to make a bigger difference starting from a lower value. My question is whether any of you guys have found that increased girth makes it harder for your partners to give you oral.

When I do manage to get it up these days, my wife gives me wonderful blowjobs and seems happy to do it (I know - I'm a very lucky man!). It would be a real bummer if the implant made it a lot harder for her to do that. Has anybody had this problem? If so, is there any way for the doctor to control how much girth I get? Maybe the implants are sized for girth as well as length, maybe a different brand, maybe a different surgical technique? Maybe I'm just overthinking it.

If it matters, I'm doing the VED now to prepare for the surgery to maintain as much length as possible. I don't know if that affects girth as well. I'll probably ask Dr. Hakky to aim high on the length and then do the cycling to see if I can increase that a little, but I'm not so worried about that becoming a BJ deal-breaker. If my wife finds herself unable to completely handle an extra 1/2" of length and has to stop short, that's really OK. I'm more worried that more girth means holding her mouth open wider and getting tired faster.

VEDs are more for girth than length. Mine got incredibly girthy due to the VED. That said, I also believe (but cannot prove) that my Bathmate caused my venous leakage.

If your actually small as in under 5-51/2 then your highly unlikely to gain more than a 1/4-1/2” in girth. As started in dozens of perito meet the penis videos on YouTube an implant will not grow your dick. However over time it can restore what you might have at one time had. After 9 months of heavy pumping and perito exercises I’m maybe a 1/4 in bigger than I was pre implant. I did loose about an inch upon Pfizer pump but have regained all that I lost. An implant isn’t going to grow you to an uncomfortable level for most women. My wife has no problem with my 6” at base and 5-3/4 tapering to 5-1/2 just behind the glans dock. She did notice a slight Lu bigger but mostly a much harder erection. That’s the beauty of implant!!! You don’t have to pump it all the way hard as it will go for a BJ! It’s infinitely adjustable!

Yes, I had this problem.

My last GF who said it was "too big" for her to swallow post op. Not a problem for her preop. Preop girth was 5.5". Postop girth varies from 5.875-6."

She broke up w/me before I was approved to & ready to have sex again. I wasn't "into" her enough to ask her to reconsider because the sex wasn't that good to begin with.

So, I'm still waiting for the opportunity to actually "test drive" my implant.

It's great you have another appointment to ask questions, you have a great surgeon, and he will know all the answers, trust him.

I had a list of questions on my phone when I had my appointment, questions I had after reading posts on FT mainly, when I sat down with my surgeon, he calmly went through the operation's procedures step by step, when he was finished, I took out my phone to go down my list of questions and he had already answered every one of them.

In my opinion you have done all the hard work, all the study on FT, YT and net in general, which is great, but now is the time to go submissive and turn your most important body part over to your surgeon and quit worrying about it.

I am 5+ months out of surgery and my wife still says she can't tell the difference between pre-surgery and now. At my 5-week appointment my normally conservative wife who doesn't like PDA's or talk about sex in public, when we were asked how it is going, she surprised me and blurted out, "It's perfect, I can't tell the difference!" Both of you are going to love it, don't try to find fault with it just enjoy the fact that you can now have sex anytime you want it and can keep going as long as she wants it. If you or your wife is concentrating on the shape is a bit different, it's a little harder, etc., your brain is in the wrong place thinking about the wrong things.

The first few times you use your new dick for its intended purpose, it will feel different, but keep in mind you are far from being healed. It will keep getting better and better, both blow jobs and screwing, don't worry about it, it will be as natural as it has always been.

Honestly, the biggest difference for us is my wife cums more, she used to enjoy one during foreplay and one from my dick, now, like this morning, she had one during foreplay then another two. I have had a natural 6.5” girth since at least 1995 and this was only once an issue with a GF who broke her jaw in a boating accident. I dont think it will be an issue.
