The obvious answer, I thnk, is the only one. If she knows about the implant, not problem. If she does not know, there is no way stealthy fellatio is problematic.

I cannot think of any other possibility.

You could emulate natural erection response by pumpng up whle she fellates you, but that s not the question you asked and requires she use her imagnation and supend disbelief (like we do in the movies).

This is such a first world problem......but it's all about how you look at it and this is my view:

I'm happy for any blowjob whether it's spontaneous, planned, coerced (not forced), won in a raffle or a bingo game.....

I don't know your age but at mine, 73......the women I go out with are 60 and older (usually) and they are happy to have a hard cock no matter how it's delivered......they don't want to deal with flaccidity or have to work like they're in a factory to get a guy hard only to have him go soft before half time......perhaps if you're in your 20s - 40s it may be a disappointment that there's no growing stage but I've not been in that situation so I can't say......
