Having trouble feeling comfortable moving forward with surgery w Hakky. Just wondering if some people can share so I can get a better idea of how my dick would look after surgery.

Sorry but I'm not going to send you a pic of my implanted dick -- inflated or not.

The reason is that I don't like "sharing" pics of my dick but also because I don't think it will do you any good.

I've read your various threads asking for reassurance that getting an implant is the "right" thing to do for you and I think that you are just worried and getting yourself worked up over something you just aren't convinced is for "you" yet.

Nothing any of us can say will provide you with the reassurance that you need to go thru w/your planned surgery. Only you can decide whether it's the "right" choice for you and only you control whether you will have the resolve to go thru with it or not.

There are many positive and negative stories reported on this site.

Surgery is always a risk and there is no guarantee of the result. The best you can do is choose the best type of surgery for you and the best surgeon you can find to do it.

So, IMO, whether you go thru with the surgery really comes down to "necessity" and "faith" and how you answer the following questions should help you decide which route to take:

1) Do you have ED and have you tried all other methods to correct it that have failed?

If so, an implant is only only recourse.

2) Do you have "faith" in the skill and experioence of the surgeon you have chosen?

If so, then there is no reason NOT to go thru the surgery.

3) Does it matter to you MORE that your dick might be a bit shorter or hang at a lower angle when erect post op than that the fact that you no longer have an erect dick at all pre-op?

If so, then cancel the surgery and just live with your limp dick.

Your answers to these questions should be your guide whether to proceed with your IPP surgery or not and nothing any of us can show or tell you will felt you make that decision for yourself.

run away from an implant, if you really want to get it, don't get a coloplast it's full of defects and difficulties, it's not true that you gain circumferena, you gain circumference compared to when you leave the operation because you will come out smaller than before, the cock becomes oval , the cylinders are very hard and stiff, one touch is a scam it takes 3 touches and squeezing the penis to deflate

Dick pics won't help you make your decision.

I just had the implant surgery 18 days ago. I looked at everything available. What was most helpful was

1. Coloplast patient video showing inflation and deflation
2. Videos of actual surgeries being performed.
3. Most important of all; pretty much destroying any misgiviings I had----which was my penis would not stay hard. I know a lot of guys with similar problems. I am just grateful I could have it fixed. Worst case- after implant-- My penis will not stay hard. So I have nothing to lose. Should have done it three years ago instead of trying more and more pills which did not address my problem.

I don't have a famous doctor, I was not going to visit NYC, Miami or anywhere else to get this done. But I trust my Doc and his team. In three more weeks, I'll bet this thing works like a champ and just in time for our Transatlantic cruise to Italy. We really can't wait. I would rather have my dick back than a new Ferrari, yacht, or mansion. My wife too. She was just in here drooling talking about it "Let's get that thing fixed so we can do everything possible with it." So I am motivated.

How could a picture of my dick possibly give you a better idea of how your dick would look after surgery? Dicks are like faces - no two are alike. How do I know if my dick bears any resemblance to yours? Perhaps you should first post a pic your dick here with your request. That way we would know if there is any reason of hope that our dick pic could help you unscramble your mind. But I think not.

Well the answers is yes to all of those today. My main concern is I’ve only had ED 3 months and EID said wait 3-6 months to see how erections recover from my injury. Well it’s been 3 months but should I give it another 3 to see if my tissue heals? Or Is it low probability that it will and better surgical outcome if I go ahead now?

Yeah maybe so just hate the idea of going through 3 more months with my dick like this I'm in my prime and have women interested in me and I'm having to make up excuses not to fuck them. I'll mull it over I have until the 14th to decide.
