For those of you with an IPP how much difference is there between your flaccid and erect length? I have always been a grower and wonder what it would be like to be a shower. Also if its not too much to ask which IPP do you have?

AMS LGX 700, 21 cm implant with a 3 cm rear tip extender on each side. Flaccid was about ~4.8" before, now it's a touch over 7". Seems likely that an implant will make you a shower. I'm not complaining. :)

Mr. Average Here:

PreOp Flacid: Max ~ 4" L x 5" G
Varied widely because my dick was a grow-er.

PreOp Erect: 5.75" L x 5.5" G

5wks Post Op - 20cm + 1cm RTE Titan Touch:

PostOp Flacid: 5" L x 5.75" G
Now my flacid dick is a chubby show-er.

PostOp Erect: 5.75" L x 6"G

Made an immediate 1/2" (9%) gain in erect girth w/the Titan. Still hoping for a modest 1/4-1/2" gain in erect length over time, so it will be at least 6" for my ego's sake, which people think is average but is actually slightly above the average of 5.5.

Pre op iwas about 3 1/2" lenth flaccid, post op flaccid im 5" . Erect was 7" L , 5" G, pre op, 6.1/2" post op . When using a ring im 7" L, 5.5 G can get 6" G if highly aroused.

Yes, 5.5" is thrown around as being average. If the study used the bone pressed method I think your right. Heck I've seen old pics on FT where the guy measures down along the side. That gets about an extra 1".

I googled to see what the bone pressed method was exactly, and I was surprised to see the diagrams of instruction I found was to measure bone pressed along the the side rather than the top. I always thought you jammed a ruler into your fat pad until you "hit bone" and measured across the top. The things I found they were pressing the ruler in along the side.... :?:

I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to measure on the side? Right above your penis is your pubic bone hid under the fat pad. Press a ruler into that. There some new discovery about side-measurements I haven't heard about yet?

Oh, you said you googled it, did you find this link? https://www.verywellhealth.com/how-to-m ... 0its%20tip.

Yeah, as an overall fyi, just because google links to a place that says a thing is one way, that does not guarantee it as a fact. The author of that source is a "Licensed Mental Health Counselor" who writes for "Verywellhealth.com," an ad-infested domain that writes shit hoping people read it and send links, which makes them ad money. It's actually working that way right now. You commenting with that link and me evaluating it as a person with some knowledge on the topic who quickly discovers it's bullshit is all they wanted. Enjoy the $0.20 or however much ad money they got for my experience here. You're welcome random source that has zero real authority.

Best measuring instructions I know of that are also related to how they're performed in real medical studies is CalcSD: https://calcsd.info/posts/measuring

I did see that, did you scroll up an inch and see the picture above the description?

Here's another:

and another:

Maybe it's just the way it's drawn, but I could see how men may think you put the ruler on the side.

Oh, honestly I think I see why you're misinterpreting this (and why I did too at first):

Look at it closely. It says to "Press Into Pubic Bone." There's only one way to do that. Where that is is above your dick. And I don't know how best to explain it but I understand how at first glance it looks like that tape is on the side, but it actually isn't. It's right on top at a weird angle from the side.

Hmm well I thought that made sense that you can see it above the dick. But if you read it says this:

Fоr thе bеѕt measurement, уоu nееd tо bесоmе aroused ѕо thаt уоur penis іѕ erect аnd thеn press а ruler аlоng thе side оf уоur penis. A good tip іѕ tо press аѕ close tо thе hard bone аѕ роѕѕіblе аnd thіѕ wіll to ensure thаt thе fatty parts аrе nоt interfering wіth thіѕ type оf accurate measuring.

In that case, I think it just means it's wrong? Cause no, you don't press anything to the side.
