SIX WEEKS!

I have reached the coveted "six week" mark this past Tuesday. Now everything is sunshine and lollipops and I can go on a hole-wrecking fiesta with my bionic toy! I can play with myself for hours on end and screw everything that moves.
Well... maybe not. Here's what I got:
At six weeks I'm feeling the best since the implant surgery date. My pump is low and centered and my scar is smooth and the swelling has gone down considerably on the surface. All the bruising is gone, too. I think there is still internal healing going on because there are some little aches and pains in the area in general.
It is quite painful with the dog ears/angles and rigidness of the shaft tubes. I also just realized this week that I can deflate myself so the tubes lie flat like a pancake instead of squeezing the shaft and making the tubes flat vertically - which then hurts a lot when the penis wants to bend downwards. Lots of soreness from dog ears but I figure that will get better once the tubes get more soft and stretchy. I feel a bit overstuffed all the time and now being a "shower" instead of a "grower" is uncomfortable sometimes. I never thought I'd miss my shrinkage days! I also have had to make some changes in my briefs and how I pack my junk when wearing work clothes because it always looks like,
"Now presenting... TuffDadSF's HUGE PENIS!"
which is kind of embarrassing at work.
I've had sex and it was great but afterwards I had a burning sensation all over the shaft which went away the next day. Maybe it's still healing and my penins is just getting used to the whole thing? Or the skin was sliding around too much around the shaft?
I've also noticed that for now I need lots of lube to do anything with my dick because it's super sensitive and hurts to jack off dry.
I also get concerned about the tips of the tubes. I have this fear that they are going to eventually poke out from the skin under the head of my dick. When I am hard and aroused the tips poke into the glans correctly and seem protected but when hard and NOT aroused they kinda poke underneath the glans and it gets me nervous.
I also thought that maybe I got over-implanted but I read somewhere on this site that if you are fully inflated you should not have any bends or crinkles in the tubes which would be the sign that you are over-sized. Mine is smooth and hard when full so I guess I am the right size.
I am being very patient with the length issue. I lost a full inch and a half but I see some improvement when I cycle. I also think it's because I am still swollen on the inside where the cut was made for the implant to be inserted which is sort of sucking the base of my dick into my body. Fortunately my girth is a LOT bigger than before so that makes up for it. I have noticed that my girth is more oval shaped than cylindrical. Hopefully that will work itself out.
My scrotum is almost empty. What I mean is that there was a lot of "goo" around the pump and the pump tubing. That has shrank significantly but it's still a slight sheath around the whole thing which I massage and break up daily. Does that ever go away completely?
My partner loves the implant and has noticed the difference in girth (and in length ) but he knows it will all come back in the coming year.
That's it so far. I'll do another big update at 3 months. Feel free to comment and answer some of my questions. Thanks for reading!
