Hey guys

I'm wondering what your experiences with oral sex (receiving) were with the implant. It worries me a lot that it might not feel as good or will feel unnatural.
I read a lot about the "oral level" of pumping so the dick has some bend to it.
How is it for you guys?
is it comparable to before?
What changed?

Please don't come at me with the "don't think about it, it's better than with a limp dick" stuff. I know that. I just want to be prepared for what to expect.

Feels the same to me. Fully pumped or deflated.

in 2 days 6 weeks, if you inflate it a little you can feel and see the cylinders, you have to inflate it at least 60/70% so as not to appear, the problem is that it will never feel like an oral of a natural cock, they say it will improve but it has to improve a lot to become acceptable to me, if we then put it under the plan that an oral with an implant is better than a floppy cock is another matter

Most users who's stories I have read here state that when pumped at a reasonable level, their partners can tell no difference between their implanted penis to their old natural penis, this includes for oral, vaginal and anal (although some may require different levels of inflation for comfort).

After 4+ years of being implanted, I've noticed that I have less 'sensation' throughout the shaft than I did pre-op. My glans is just a little less than before but I still have a great deal of sensitivity just below my glans and the 'circumcision ring' (about 1/2"). Why? I have no idea but I'll take whatever turns me on.

For me I think it actually feels better with my implant and it's probably more mental than physical. No concerns about getting hard or maintaining an erection is freeing. Getting some oral before or during inflating certainly feels as good as it ever did. And I do have what I call my "blow job setting" that allows some flexibility in my dick because when I'm steel rod stiff, it's difficult to go as deep as I like.
