You’re at 40 days. I’m at 2 months and only had my first orgasm a week ago. Prior to that it was as you described. Sore from cycling/stretching, which was too distracting to orgasm. You have more healing time to do before you judge. My first time was about 41 days out and I hurt so bad after I had to sit in a hot bath for 45 minutes. The next couple of times it wasn't as bad. By 90 days it was much better.

I totally agree with other post. I went thru a period the first several months of rarely getting a climax. Was too uncomfortable for it to happen. As the time went on I started getting more and more sensation. By 5-6 months it was getting about back to my old normal. But now at 10 months I’ve gained a lot of sensation that I don’t remember having in many years. I think the injections were adversely affecting my sensations as at time it got so hard it hurt and many times I went 3-4 hours with this. Either way now it is amazing!!! Feel like I’m getting back to my pre medications self and feels almost natural.
