Help! Pump has stopped working!

So after about 9 months of working perfectly suddenly my AMS 700 LGX will not transfer any fluid to the cylinders. I squeeze the bulb, feel the tiny pop as the valve resets but no fluid is transferred and the bulb doesn’t reinflate/refill it just stays collapsed. No matter how many times I squeeze the collapsed bulb still no fluid transfer. I give up and press the deflate button and then the squeeze bulb reinflates/refills. No matter how many times I repeat still no go. Has anybody else had this happen??

Sorry my friend, I don't have any recommendations other than maybe trying to reset the pump.

I remember seeing something on the video that came with my implant - the reset includes something on the top of the block but I can't recall the exact steps for the reset. The introduction video to the AMS 700 is available online - that will show you how.

If that doesn't work, call the Doc!

I posted this earlier under the wrong post.

My Titan started doing this a couple of years ago. Since I had never used the implant (see signature) I decided to just forget about it after consulting Dr Kramer.

There is another reset for the pump that is not in the AMS published information. Contact your AMS rep and see if and when you can do the other reset. Your DVD in your packet also has the information posted above. And has video of the process. If you do not have your DVD that came in yor packet it is on line here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qwp0YfSLxIU

I would try the trouble shooting published in the link and above first. But I would put a call into AMS to speak to a rep to get the problem document. That will also help AMS to know what problems and when they happen so they can consider improvements in the future.

Question: If this happened with a Titan, how would you reset the pump?

if you find that it is not transferring liquid into the cylinders press the deflation button and after 30 seconds pump and it should be fine after the first pump, this works fine for me
