chemo/radiotherapy with implant.

Hi guys. Unfortunately ive been diagnosed with throat and neck cancer at the base of my tongue and a couple of lymph nodes. I've got to go through 6 weeks radio with 2 lots of chemo, 1 at the start then 3 weeks. It's a very high success rate so i'm not worried about that, but the treatment is hardcore because of where it is. I've had a dentist look at my teeth and take an x ray and all is ok,but apparently this treatment takes it's toll on teeth and jawbone. I've read somewhere if you have an implant you have to take antibiotics if you have dental work and obviously you have to avoid getting any kind of infection while you're on chemo. Has anyone else gone through similar? should i avoid aggressive cycling sex etc ( i probably won't feel like it anyway lol.) Thanks
