major testicular pain and swelling

I am almost 3 weeks post-op. I was able to pull down on the pump and the release valve for almost 2 weeks. My personal opinion is that they were both improperly placed. After my surgery, they were both resting on the right testicle and causing a lot of pain. But after a lot of pain and work, I was able to situate the pump to the middle of my scrotum. My release valve is caught at the base of the penis and on the top of my right testicle.
I went for my check-up a few days ago and the doctor wasn't concerned. He said to keep trying. However, he tried to move the pump and move the valve himself, while also trying to pump up the implant. He was very rough and caused me so much pain that I almost passed out. As soon as I got home, I was in so much pain and the pain and swelling has continued for the last 5 days. I got up today and I couldn't walk because of the massive swelling and pain in my scrotum. I've emailed the doctor and haven't heard back yet. There is no pain on the left side of the scrotum.
Does anyone think this will work itself out?
