Why do implants not preserve your girth?

From what I’m reading most people here regardless if they were 5, 6, 7 in girth now are stuck at 5.25-5.5.

Why is this? I don’t see many threads saying they gained girth. But rather that they lost girth.

That’s a very good question payment, I’ll wait for the answers. Pleased don’t preach to me about having a functional penis vs a non functional penis,as I am grateful to have that. But for 65 years I have had a penis of a certain size and all of a sudden I have a shorter and skinnier penis? Quite a blow.

I assume it's because of the size of the cylinders. Someone with narrow girth should gain a lot of girth.

Ive noticed some titan members with 6 inch girth. Cycling, and loss of size due to ED/PD can also effect your overall result.

I think doctor Eid states in one of his videos that the cylinders are limited to a certain circumference, see below:

I’ve often wondered why implants don’t come in as many diameters as they do lengths.
They seem to increase in diameter as they increase in length, but why the limitation? The surgeon measures length. They could be measuring diameter as well. Then when it’s time to place the device they could ask for an 18cm x 2cm (or 2.2, 2.4, 2.6, 2.8cm whatever) device. In the operating room surgical product reps come with big rolling suitcases filled with the entire range of possible sizes of the devices they represent for that surgery. I’m just not sure why the same isn’t true for IPP.

I gained 1/2" of girth (5.5 to 6") immediately post op w/a Titan Touch. Length has not yet changed.

So, I'm curious why men w/Titans claim a loss in girth, especially since Titans are claimed to provide greater girth than AMS.

Probably due to wanting to keep production costs & inventory lower

It's just easier/cheaper to make different lengths of 3 standard cylinder diameters than to make more cylinders w/different diameters, bearing in mind that from a business perspective making/selling IPPs is not a high volume/profit business.

I hope I can replicate this. Hakky recommended the Titan one touch to me. Going to text him monday and see if he thinks it will postively or negatively impact my 5.5in girth.

I guess there is always urofill for slight girth increase or perhaps penuma for significantly thin men.
