Men 70 and older, having implant: what’s your age, how much ejaculate do you produce, does it shoot out or is it rather dripping? Obviously men without healthy prostate don‘t have to answer…
I‘m unhappy 'cause I only produce a tiny amount of ejaculate. Interested to know how many of you have the same 'problem'.

I have none. I recently contacted my doctor and he explained what “retrograde ejaculation” is. Because of other medical issues, my sperm goes into my bladder rather than spurting out
When I was between marriages, a couple women that I dated said “that tastes good”. My medical team tells me that this is not a repairable situation. I don’t like it but I cannot change it.

None here. Prostate is fine. It's been several years since last attempt - too much effort for too little result. Not worth the trouble.

I chose Cyberknife stereotactic body radiation treatment (SBRT), a very precise form of external beam radiation treatment (EBRT), to treat cancer in my prostate (PCa) in 2010, which killed the prostate and stopped any ejaculate from coming out of my dick, which became retrograde post treatment.
I can still experience an orgasm & some fluid still oozes out of my dick when I do, but the "O" is now far shorter & milder than it was before.
I suffered no other immediate "side effects" from the PCa treatment and did not begin to suffer ED until 12 yrs later, most likely due to old age but also possibly due to a delayed effect of the radiation treatment. However, men who choose other methods of PCa treatment aren't as fortunate
Just mentioning it here for those men who may be unaware of what can happen after PCa treatment.

I’m just 57 but over the years it has reminisced in amount and pressure. Dr told me it is a natural occurrence to have less and less ejaculate. And I’m on testosterone replacement therapy which even deminishes it more.as far as pressure, I’m sure my BPH has something to do with it but it just ouzzes out and

I'm 79 (on the 28th), and still have a lot of both precum and cum, nearly a table spoon of cum if it has been a week or more since last ejaculation. My prostate is in good shape and I think I owe this to almost weekly jacking off or sex with wife since I was 13. I was implanted 5 years ago in June and love it! It has not changed anything about how much I ejaculate.

Have your Testosterone checked if you haven’t!I’m on weekly injections and when turned on can shoot 4 or 5 good squirts and I’m 71!

Well damn man, that is awesome!
I am 71, have zero prostrate issues, it was just checked. Over the years my ejaculate has slowly gone down to almost nothing. If I have a half teaspoon that maybe it other than the few drops that leak out afterwards. I do wake up with pre-cum in my underwear occasionally, that's if it's been a week or so since sex.

So I'm 69, I guess that makes close enough to your guideline. What cum I do produce just oozes out. Firing sperm has slowly diminished over the years, and I miss it! I always enjoyed the mess LOL. I have had my testosterone checked twice, and I'm at about 740 on both tests, which astounded my urologist because of my age. Low T isn't my issue, but the big O's are still terrific.

For the last to years I don't ejaculate during the sex act. I have an orgasm and the cum comes out later. The volume is also way down. Thank God I still have the orgasms. I do miss shooting off though
