20 seconds isn’t long enough for anything. I hope you meant to say 20 minutes but even that’s rushing things. If you were diagnosed with VL, it will only get worse the longer you wait.

i was injecting in ever increasing doses with diminishing returns. :20 good minutes was about my limit. Changing positions, abs it was all over. Had good blood flow in, but veinous leakage did me in. Since i still had healthy tissue with good blood flow in, decided that was the sweet spot and went for it.

9 weeks postop now. In Thailand and now banging my girlfriend hard daily. I’m still in recovery/cycling mode, with a bit of numbness and soreness still….but the ability to whenever we want IS amazing! I’m optimistic with time this will only get better!

In my opinion it looks like you have two choices, either go along like you are worrying, getting depressed and not able to have sex OR you can schedule that surgery as soon as possible and move on with life.
Don't let it get you so depressed it affects your life. That is not healthy.

My opinion. You're lying to yourself, stop doing that. Your body is telling you that its time for an implant. Listen to it.
Btw, has any medical professional given you a reasonable chance of improvement. I'm not talking about a clinic that is selling treatments that have not shown significant improvements here on FT.
