30 days post implant, still having problems

For the first 2 weeks after my implant, everything went fine. I didn't ice my scrotum or wear a jock because there was no pain. 2 weeks later, severe pain and swelling in the scrotum. The doctor told me to ice and rest, which I have done for the last 2 weeks. I've also been wearing a jock at all times. When I wake up in the morning, the swelling in my scrotum is tennis ball sized. The swelling is so much, that I can't walk. I have to bow my legs to move. The doctor said she isn't concerned.
Any thoughts? I know everyone heals differently, but the swelling is unreal. I haven't been able to pull on the pump or adjust anything, which has caused the pump to rise high, which I'm guessing will cause even more problems.

I'd go straight to the ER.
Sounds like a possible infection. The ER should be able to determine if it is or not w/a blood draw. If it's nothing, which seems unlikely, no problem but, if it is an infection, it needs to dealt w/immediately.

Dr. Eid says it's a worrying sign of infection if things get worse as everything should be improving.

I think if he has an infection he should have a fever, I'm not a doctor that's just my opinion

I had a video conference with my doctor a few days ago. I haven't had a fever, nor has my condition gotten worse. There seems to be fluid in the scrotum that is causing the swelling. The doctor said because I didn't ice and use a jock immediately after surgery, that could be the culprit.
I am seeing my general practitioner for a physical tomorrow and will see what she says.

the general practitioner does not understand any of these things, tell your implantologist what you should do to be calm for a probable infection or other problem that is creating this, the drainage for how many days have you had it?

I have an appointment with the implant doctor in 2 weeks. She said if I didn't have a fever, redness, blisters, etc, it should be OK.
I have had severe swelling for 15 days

I was swollen for about 3.5 weeks post surgery. Doc said it was normal in some cases. My GP also said, he has seen some people take the full 6 weeks to recover from swelling and pain.
4 weeks post surgery I also strained myself in the bathroom which caused inflammation. This resulted in some severe pain for a few hours. This would come and go if I moved a certain way. GP gave me strong anti-inflammatory and this seemed to fix the issue.
So, relax, try not to freak out, I know how stressful it is. Your doc tomorrow should be able to confirm whether it is an infection or not. Most likely, it's just swelling and inflammation which will eventually subside.
