still looking for some answers on hardness of implant

I had inquired before about the rigidity of the implant. I discovered that I was about 40% pumped after surgery. 2 weeks ago the doctor told me to deflate. I was able to do that even though I have extreme swelling in the scrotum.
There is a hardness of the cylinders and hardness in the tips that concern me. I am now a month post-implant and today I tried to masturbate just to see how everything was working. The sides are uncomfortably hard and the tips still reposition themselves as I stroked the shaft. Whenever I grab my penis, I can feel the tubes, the hose connecting to the pump, and the tips in the glans. Does that dissipate over time? I couldn't imagine what a girl would say if she grabbed my penis, because she would be able to feel that it is an implant.
My doctor is going to prescribe daily Cialis to help engorge the glans, but I"m not sure if that helps with the hardness of the tips. They seem to constantly poke out.

same thing my friend, I started taking cialis 5 mg, I think it helps because the glans swells better and suffers less when I ride a bike at most, tell me one thing, when you grab your penis to masturbate passing your hand they don't make you do the tips hurt under the glans? those that are close to the frenulum not those that go all the way to the end of the glans

No, it doesn't hurt. It's just a weird feeling. I can't feel pleasure because all I feel are the hardness of the rods and the tips. It's like trying to masturbate with a robot cock, lol.
