My day has come!

Today on March 17th at 7:30am I’m going in for my IPP surgery. For weeks it feels like I’ve been planning a big long-awaited trip somewhere. The feeling of excitement and nervousness.

I thank you all who have gone before me and helped others like me to make one of the toughest decisions of my life. I hope to return the favor for the others that will follow after me. A few years ago, I wouldn't ever have talked about something as personal as erections problems but today I feel as if we all have a common bond together and am very comfortable writing about it with you.

I’m sending this post out but I'm not going to read any of your commit’s until I’m out of surgery and recovering at home when I’ll need your encouraging words to give me strength and help with the pain that I’m about to face. I’ll give you an update as soon as I’m able. Today my pain level is at 0% but my nerves are a 100%
Wish me luck and a successful surgery and I’ll see you on the other side.

Best wishes for your surgery and recovery! Mine went easily, but many do have pain with swelling. In 3 weeks or so you will be well over the hump.

Amigo, i too found tge encouragement and compassionate support of the guys here greatly comforting as i went through everything you are going through. The day prior to surgery was the longest and loneliest day of my life. Such a big decision.

9 weeks in. Having great sex again, though i still consider myself in the recovery stage. Cycling and stretching and all that. At day 1, 9 weeks seemed an eternity, yet, here i am. And soon, you too will indeed be sharing your encouragement and knowledge gained with others who suffer from ED. Best wishes!

Good luck!

Congrats and best wishes for a successful surgery & prompt recovery.

When you get a chance, please note in your signature line"

1) the name/location of your surgeon
2) the brand/version of IPP implanted (eg AMS 700 or Titan Touch)
3) the method of implantation performed (infrapublic, penoscrotal or subcoronal)

This will help people respond to questions you may have and comment you make about your IPP later.

See the information that I (and others) have provided in my (their) signature lines for examples.

you'll forever remember St. Patrick's day as your very own St. Peter's day!

Congratulations, I'm 3 weeks post and can't wait to get this thing in the game.
