So I’m on vacation and trying to imagine pumping instead of natural. Can't speak for using my implant yet, but typically i would do oral for a while to hide my ed while i stroked my dick a bit to give the Cialis/stimulation time to work, figure I'll do same now... Go down for some oral and just pump it up.

Not 70%+. It would be too much of a tent, or if hace to wear a jockstrap to keep it concealed. I think at 50% it’s bendy enough to get away with that. Plus, it’s quite the manly package at 50%….days the guy who used to have a turtle.

To give you an answer to a very valid question (which was also one of my main concerns before getting an implant) from a 30 year "old" guy: Its really not an issue, I would say 20 seconds at max as soon as you get the hang of it to go from 50 to 100. Its actually faster than waiting for a natural erection for me, whereas of course you have to pump manually. Hope that helps.

A bit longer than it takes to go from zero to 50%. Because the bulb gets harder to squeeze as the pressure goes up.

The length of time is really insignificant, considering the goal.

For my case, 15-30 seconds or so to go from 50% to 100%
