What to tell work

I already used hernia for the first one almost 6 years ago. Any suggestions. I'm thinking a week should be sufficient.

You can just say the prior hernia surgery failed and you need to have another one done.
Age 73. Started taking 5 mg Cialis daily in 2000. Minor ED started in 2021. Major ED problem started in 2022. Coloplast Titan (20 cm w/1cm RTE) implanted infrapublicly on 01/24/2023 by Dr. Edward Karpman (El Camino Urology Medical Group, Mt. View, CA).

My excuse was a cyst on a testicle that had to be sliced off.
Tell that to any guy and you'll have their sympathy, believe me.
One week is pushing it if you ask me. Hope it goes well.

Hernia surgeries occasionally need to be redone. No problem with saying hernia again.
55yo, NYC. ED started at 40. 50 units BiMix + Atropine (Pap 30/Phen 6/Atr 0.2). Prostaglandins caused aching. Doses increasing. A cock ring helps. Phallosan Forte tension devise to maintain size. Eager to talk about implant experiences.
