To be honest, I was looking forward to working through the pain of cycling, as I would think that meant that things were stretching out.
I do everything I can to get to pain, and I never do. I pump up to full capacity and leave it inflated for a couple of hours and don't feel any pain. At most, a *little discomfort under the tips, but nothing even approaching pain.
I wonder if my 3 months of VED prior to the surgery stretched me out much further than the cylinders ever will. I would get to 7 3/4 in the tube without much trouble, and now I'm 6 5/8" x 5 1/4" fully inflated.
Am I lucky or unlucky? I can't tell. This sounds weird, but I kind of wanted the pain. I've been cycling for less than a week.
EDIT: I didn't want a lot of pain, just a little pain.
no pain when cycling... is that a good thing?

I haven't experienced any pain postOP, whether cycling or not. I consider myself fortunate in this regard because, although I have a high tolerance for pain, it's something that I'd rather avoid.
FWIW, I do still feel some discomfort cycling (it's been 8 wks so far) which indicates that the implant is still "stretching" my dick internally and that some additional growth is possible but my expectations and hopes in this regard are (no pun intended) "minimal" because I''m already statisfied w/my dick size.

Surgical Capsule Definition
Capsule formation is a potential postoperative risk of an inflatable penile implant surgery. If no cycling (successive cycles of penile implant inflation and deflation) occurs soon after surgery, penis size may be reduced due to the growth of a psuedo-capsule around the inflatable cylinders.

after 30 days of cycling i was off for 7 days because my doctor told me to put on artrosilene gel and stay off cycling, now i am continuing to cycle i feel discomfort and sometimes pain after 1 or 2 hours of cycling but i see no gain in length, something in circumference, is it possible in your opinion that that week still has created a capsule regarding the length?

Just my theory. I'm sure that you've read that recovery can take up to a year. This also means size gains. You have a CX. It should be able to stretch up to 25%. Think back as a child blowing up a balloon. After each inflation the balloon would stretch easier & more. I believe your implant will take a long time of regular stretching to get to its final size. Its a marathon, not a sprint race.

This is exactly why I thought I'd feel some pain, because of the stretching that (I hope) is happening. So far, no pain.

Frank, I'm not expecting much of an increase in length, if any. I know that the Titan and CX are not designed to increase in length, but offer a much firmer erection than the LGX because of it's special design to possibly increase in length when inflated.
I did, however, expect that the CX cylinders would expand my girth, which wasn't very big even naturally. I know that it's still very early on in my cycling regimen, so things may change, but after reading so many experiences here on FT with people starting cycling and enduring the pain of stretching, I was surprised when I had none.
I was also one that had little to no pain even post-surgery. I took a few Advil and Tylenol and that was it. Maybe I'm missing some nerves down there.

I absolutely don't believe that a cx stretches by 25%

Nor do I. I think maybe Gt1956 didn't mean that.

I can easily be wrong.
The only thing that I can point to is a member that had a CX 24cm. He got a revision to a Titan 26cm. He complains of losing 2". That complaint continued for several months after his revision. The CX stretching is the only thing that explained it in my mind. I believe his size loss claims. What or how he lost it is the issue.
In the future, I'll try to avoid that claim. It doesn't fit with AMS advertising. Only 1 members experience. Sorry guys.
