Does EVERYONE lose size?

Hi guys
Scheduled in about 40 days. Doc told me to get a vacuum pump because it would help me regain my size I may have lost.

I'm not a big measurer. In fact, I haven't measured my dick in about 20 years. l

It was never that big to begin with so I didn't see the need.

Last I remember I was five and a half inches and I had no idea how thick my girth was.

So.. I got the pump, took a half a Viagra and used it to see what my size was.

My cock is pretty shot so I thought for sure it had shrunk quit a bit.

To my surprise is am 5.75 inches long and 6.1 inches thick. (so odd that I am thicker than long but whatever :D )

Soz I'm pretty happy.

But then it lead me to my question;
Does everyone lose size at first?.
Or is that just some people?
.I'm just trying to get myself prepared mentally, if that makes sense.

I appreciate your feedback.

Too early to telll for me, but pre ed I was about 7.5 x 6 something. After surgery I cannot tell because I was at 50% inflated or so and have been pumping but have not achieved max. There is a lot of excess skin on my penis even after pumping 100+ pumps so it has a ways to go yet. Also no pain in glans and penis is pretty bendable so need to get more fluid in which will increase length within the limits of the organ after filling out the circumference of each cylinder. Until the girth is maxed, I believe the length cannot change much. At this point, I just want a working model.

Hey Brother,

Greetings from Pattaya! Here on holiday using my implant for the past 2 1/2 weeks for the first times post surgery. It’s been going great.

No. Not everyone loses length. Dig into the forum threads from the past few years. You’ll see guys are all over the map. In a nutshell:

1. If you haven’t had an erection in a long time (no blood flow), this loss of blood flow causes atrophy and any size lost might well not be recovered. If you haven’t had ED a long time, that VED you’re using will probably help you obtain your original size at implant time.

2. Post implant, the cycling regimen can be considered rehab for your dick. You probably will be somewhat shorter postop. Read the forum posts from the past and you’ll find that most guys will certainly grow from their day of surgery size to certainly something bigger, if not their original size, after a few MONTHS. I still could get blood flow on date of surgery due to trimix and occasional nighttime erections. Doctor said i still had good tissue, so i consider that i hit the sweet spot of timing.

Best wishes. Great choice of doctor!

Did you measure yourself inside a pumped cylinder? I don't think a VED filled penis is representative of your natural erection size.

I also had Dr. Clavell (he's great, BTW) and I asked him if I should use VED prior my surgery. He said it was a good idea, so for 3 months prior I vacuum pumped every morning and every night until 3 days prior to installation. I have a clear cylinder, so I measured and marked 7", 7 1/2", 7 3/4" and 8". When I started I was getting just over 7", and 3 days before surgery I could get to 7 5/8" using the same amount of measured vacuum. I was having very weak erections overnight in my sleep, and that's how your penis gets oxygenated blood and stays healthy. A VED regimen can mimic the nocturnal erections you may no longer be having.

Post surgery, I'm 6 5/8" fully inflated and there's no way I'm going to add an inch no matter how much I cycle. The cylinders will not grow that much no matter how much I wish they would, it just won't happen. I'd be beyond thrilled if I could get back to 7", but to be honest, I'm just glad I have something that works!

I think men are wired to first think about length and girth and growing and how to get bigger, when we're all taking this step to go from nothing to something. Keep your eye on the goal, not the fantasy we all have of being a horse. ;)

No, everyone does NOT lose size following in IPP implant.

I didn't lose size. I gained it

I was 5.75" L x 5.75" G preOP and was 5.75"L x 6" G postOP. And after using a VED postOP, I'm now 6" L x 6" G.

Men w/o any complicating medical factors should NOT lose any size following an IPP implant.

However, some men MAY lose some size following an IPP implant, especially if there are any lesions/fibroids in the corpora caused by atrophy that prevents insertion of a cylinder equal in size to the the full length of the penis, which may or may not be correctable by additional surgery.

Don't seem to have recovered my pre ED size length, but I seem to be recovering the girth I had pretty fast, maybe more? Honestly no complaints even if I lost an inch permanently that's still a working dick and above average size.

I also have bariatric surgery later this year and that should drop my weight close to 100 lb and which case I could gain up to an inch of dick from losing fat padding at the base of my dick in my pubic area.

Keep in mind one of the things that drove me to look for a solution was that I was losing size of my dick beyond what I would expect from my weight in both girth and length and now I understand that it was due to atrophy. I expect to gain back a lot of what I lost from atrophy but if I don't I am perfectly satisfied with the dick i currently have... It works and that makes me happy.

Don’t know where it is but there’s an article somewhere that shows how much you typically can stretch out the different implants. I have the Titan which reportedly only expands in girth… I was 6-7/8” in VED or when injected. Immediately after implant I was 5-1/2”. My first pump was 5-3/4” maxed. By 6 months I was 6-1/2 plus sometimes. Now at 11 months I’m at 6-3/4” length and overall I’ve gained a bit in girth especially at the base. I’m 6” at base, 5-3/4 mid and 5-1/2 just behind glans. So yes you could easily get back to your 7” for sure. Reports on FT show gains still improving at 6 months and even a year. Cycle, cycle, cycle. Time will tell

Post surgery I was the exact same size as I was going in and have picked up 3/4" since through aggressive daily cycling for over a year.
