Orgasm control question

Hi Guys, new here, thank you for this board.
I can't hold back my cum to have a nice orgasm like I used to, I think it's because I rarely get a 100% hard. Did you guys have issues having a complete orgasm before the implant and did the implant solve that issue. My typical sex sessions go from a nice erection to half hard in a couple min, if I go fast and get close to cumming in the half hard state, it seems like half of it leaks out because I can't hold it back for the big burst. If I have a great night and can stay 100% hard the entire time this doesn't seem to be an issue.
Anyone else experience the same/Hope the implant fixes this?

Check with your doctor that sounds a bit like my original symptoms from my venous leak.
That said orgasm does not affect your hardness at all once you're posting implant, you still get post nut enui but you can just keep going if you want to physically.
By the end of my ed it was basic clear race between me and getting off and losing my erection. Position change 100% guaranteed that i would lose my erection immediately. It was pretty bad man.

My hardness issue I am 99% sure I have a V leak. I can still have orgasms no problem, it's just that half comes out when I am floppy hard before I can get to the end. If the stars align and I am fully hard I can hold back, squeeze those muscles and have a full release without loosing half in the beginning. I was hoping once implanted I would would remain fully hard (can't wait) and still activate those muscles.
You never had that issue, half hard, you could still hold back and not pre release any cum?

And totally hear you, that is my exact issue now, race to finish in 2-5 min or all is lost. Changing positions, wife makes the wrong face et.... no going back. And then once it falls flat, I can't get it back up for nothing till a long few hour break. Sucks big time.
I am 49, 5 years of this crap and it keeps getting worse. Pills stopped working and I am not risking injections, don't need any more issues, if implant doesn't work then f it, at least I tried. Can't be worse than the current, would rather have no sex than my current. Wife has always been great, 4-7 times a week, I am lucky to get 1 busted nut to 6 half hard wish I could get there sex. I am in decent shape, my first doctor advised just have less sex and take more of the pills or injections I don't want to take.... have a consult with Dr. Clavell out of Houston in two weeks.

Not sure if an implant will help you control your orgasm or not. For me I never had an issue until ED hit then it was off quick or take forever, no in between. After the implant it was taking a long time to finish. About 6 months down the road orgasms began to happen about the same as pre-ED.
With the implant though, it won't matter how soon you orgasm because you can keep going, and going, and going.

When i am hard orgasms are normal, when half hard is where the issue is. I hope once implanted and guaranteed hard it wont be a problem. I will ask the doc as well, doesn’t seem common if you all haven’t ran into it much.

Pretty much posting implant you are exactly as hard as you care to be at any point...
And remain there until you deflate yourself.

That was me. It was like an egg-timer ran in the background after my trimix induced boner. For me it was get-it-done in :30 or it’s all over. But a change in position or distraction…game over.
It’s amazing now. Now it’s game over when I say it’s over. It’s amazing.
It’s going to be ok amigo. Tell Dr. C everything you you said here and express any concerns about recovery, sensation, orgasm, expectations. He’s heard it all, and will guide you expertly and compassionately.

I've suffered from depression and anxiety for a few decades and I'll be honest with you, it was never associated with my ED, but I have had huge improvements since the surgery a drop in my anxiety regarding sex and increase in my mood just knowing everything is going to work. It's kind of weird.
