this is a question for your doctor, not a bunch of us losers on FT.

I would doubt your doctor would want you abusing your scrotum that's trying to heal from an incision by cycling. #1 concern you have right now is to not get infected, don't put your grimy hands down there and stretch out your incision.

Keep your hands to yourself!

Totally Agree! Don't ruin something by being anxious.

He had me put my hands down there but I certainly don't want an infection.

I agree. Your doctor is the best person to make that decision. An infection can be a huge, painful, extremely expensive setback. Don't get too anxious.

I was cleared to cycle at week 4. My scrotum never had any bruising from the surgery, I could feel all the parts of the pump clear as day from the moment I took off the wrap.

When I was cleared to cycle, my scrotum was all bruised up from pumping, the skin was very sensitive for a few days and the bruise took a week to resolve. You'll be harder on your scrotum than maybe you think you'll be, I wouldn't be in a hurry.

Now, at 6+ weeks, my sack is used to the abuse.

What did Hakky tell you? Aren't you still partially inflated to promote healing?

Not sure if it's true or not but I've heard here that there's a doc (Eid?) who encourages cycling that early but I think that it's crazy for someone got a penoscrotal (PS) implant to do that.

Most men who get PS implants don't start cycling until wk 4-6 and, even so, they still feel some pain and/or discomfort doing it.

Just doesn't seem like a good idea to me but it's your dick, your implant & your risk.

Let us know what you decide to do. Good luck!

Hakky had me set for cycling Tuesday but his PT advocate came and showed me how to do itl. So I pumped up fully looks a lot smaller hopefully will improvewth time! I was in a clinical trial for the scrotal apprach where they used fetal stem cells to accelerate wound healing.
