1. It depends. Use VED if concerned. It will be adequate. 2. It depends on luck. Everything fails if mechanical usually. Both good manufacturers. Don't worry ask your doctor. One day like a lion is better than 100 like a sheep

I didn’t use VED. Didn’t even know about it at time. Lost a bit of girth basically due to type implant manufacturer. (AMS is great at preserving length, Titan is great for girthier guys.). I was 6.85x6.0. I am now 6.81x5.75. That’s after 3+years. I will make that trade off every day of week and twice on Sunday.

The surgery for me was an easy recovery. The path to regaining size took a while but I never lost hope. The outcome in my view was spectacular. My dick now has about a 45 degree upward angle that makes me look like a hormonally challenged 17 year old trapped in a 67 year old body.

A little loss of size isn’t uncommon, but it’s not a given. The thing is, when they say a small loss they mean small. Like not enough to notice. I don’t notice a loss in length of .04 inches. In fact, if anything it seems bigger than ever before because it’s hard as a rock, ready for action, an angry red in color, anxious to penetrate.

The girth? I think I had a weak tunica, and yeah a Titan would push it out further than the LGX AMS does (AMS has limitations on longitudinal expansion). Sill, I’m gonna be intellectually honest with myself. If I can’t satisfy a woman with 5.75” of girth, 6” of girth isn’t gonna make a damn bit of difference. The implant feels like a tighter fit because it’s hard and the 6” ore-implant erection was subject to constant deflation.

Short answer: quit worrying about size and start worrying about which brand of lube you’re gonna use.

If you start using a VED now (at least a few months before implant) and consistently use it up until a week before surgery (I hear people say no VED a week before is good; ask your doctor for specifics) and after implant you wait for it to recover for several weeks or a month or so and then start using the VED again as well as with other exercises like the Perito exercise people can recommend, then yes, your penis will at least get back its size, as well as likely gain a little bit more.

First about VED's, I'd also say if you've got bad enough ED to be considering an implant, there's almost a 100% chance, if not 99.999%, that your dick is smaller than it was when you were a regular horny 20 year old. So if you use a VED before implant, that will help you get back size you lose due to ED and when the doctor stretches your dick in surgery to size the implant, it'll stretch to it's full potential. This means that your dick is likely to already be longer than it was before even without recovery, depending on just had bad your ED was.

I don't know anything about longest life. All I can say is my AMS 700 LGX is quite good for regaining/gaining more length, but if your girth is over 5.5" it's unlikely to keep your girth, while the Titans will do a better job with that.

So, start exercising your dick. That's one thing I learned recently. I am dedicated to exercising my body in order to get more times to use my dick, but I guess no one told us that we should be exercising our dicks also.

Do you do the Perito exercises? to what degree do you bend the rock solid cylinders? I tried that exercise but not sure if I am putting enought pressure.

I can only do the Perrito exercises at about 50%inflation. Any Even then I can't get to 90 degrees without it feeling abusive to my implant, as well as to my own tissues. (Hurts like hell).

Have you found the exercises effective? We had our implants on the same day btw 7th feb 23.

Hope your recovery is coming along well.

I did link a video of me doing it a while ago. Here at the bottom of the third page of crazyjoe's post: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=18843&start=20

Might as well direct link it again here: https://imgur.com/XjVmC2I

Note I'm no expert on anything (also in the video I don't appear to be holding the base very tight. You maybe should hold it tighter). All I know: Dr. Perito seems to be quite qualified and knows what he's talking about and he recommends it. If anyone here hasn't seen his video, it's worth watching: https://peritourology.com/2021/07/mtp-5 ... t-surgery/

Perito says ED makes dick tissues scar down, what he calls fibrosis. This exercise can push the limits of these cylinders to safely push on your own tissue. And he calls it the most beneficial exercise to maximize your size.

I don't know if this was required and the only way I got my size back, but I'd imagine it was probably helpful, as well as VEDs and some more pulling/stretching/bending.

About you having difficulty bending such rock hard cylinders right now, I'd assume this is probably like most exercises that you can slowly build up on this. Bend it as much as you comfortably can now, and in one week maybe you can bend it just a little more and more. You'll get there. No need to rush.
