I Had surgery with Dr. Hakky 4 days ago and have been following all instructions. I feel Dr. Hakky placed the pump very well and I really appreciated he sent me a video of them inflating my dick while I was under general anesthesia to show me the result I was 7 in and pretty thick.

However, they mummy wrapped me for 3 days and my penis looked quite strange when they took it out the areas of my previous dents looked more pronounced. Dr. Hakky came in and had me do some "helicopters" basically exactly what it sounds like and that kinda puffed out these dents.

After I got home hakkys assistant said he would help me inflate so he did but I was disappointed because I look shorter and thinner. Hakky's assistant said i may get a little bigger over time but not much that was in direct contrast to what Dr. Hakky himself told me whcih was I woud actually gain size and be just under 8inches in 12 weeks. I don't understand how I can get such a great inflation to my full size on the day of surgery and then an inch in girth and length shorter a few days later? I know size lose immediatley pre-op is to be expected but can you guys share your experiences with this phenomenon?

That’s all totally normal. I was a little over an inch short upon first pump. Also only got 4-6 pumps in before it was too hard to pump. A few months later was up 1/2”. By 6 months I was within a 1/4” of pre implant. Now at 11 months I’m completely back to normal length and actually 1:4”bigger at base and mid shaft! All the dents and kinks will smooth out in the first few weeks of activation and time will cure all other issues. Hang in there it’s all about giving your body time to heal.

My implant was infrapublic. Implant was deflated from about 60% after the 1st visit post op visit 9 days later.

I was a grow-er so I had to get use to the new "normal" which made its appearance about about a wk later.

Isn't it a little late to be worried about that? Get healed first, let 6 months to a year pass to see where you're at.
Better yet, go back in the post history & find a member whining about what he lost after surgery. Follow his posts into the future at least 1 year. Most times you'll be surprised at their size & how happy they are.
Its a lot like someone screaming in fear on an amusement park ride. When its all done they talk about how fun it was.
