Understanding Cycling + Perito Exercises

Hi guys,
I'm considering an implant and want to fully understand what I'm getting myself into. I have a few questions to that end:
1. Are you supposed to continue cycling forever? I seem to have read that some guys here cycle 30 minutes a day long after their surgery date is past. If it's necessary it's necessary, but it is annoying to think that my penis might continue to demand extra attention and time from me even after the 'final solution'. I'd love to be able to do this and mostly stop worrying about my penis.
2. If you don't continue cycling indefinitely, will you then start losing length? Is this an ever-present risk, or is a there a point by which length loss in no longer a problem?
3. When your implant eventually fails and gets replaced, is there once again a risk of length loss?
4. Is this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WJaZCeJjxIM the famous 'Perito Exercise' people talk about here? Are there any other exercises he recommends? I see users refer to them as 'Perito Exercises', plural.
Thank you.
