Pump or semi-rigid
I am thinking about getting the implant but can't decide between pump or malleable. My main concerns with the malleable would be erosion, rigidity, and loss of length and girth. I am a young guy at 29 years old and can't see myself going through 8-10 revisions in my lifetime. I want people's opinion and see if I can make a decision between the two.

It's just my opinion, but even considering future revisions, I can't imagine a guy your age being satisfied with the limited abilities of a malleable. Do your research. Only you can make this monumental decision.

That's precisely what I'm wondering...Are they that limited?
However I currently have a pump.

Having no firsthand experience with the malleable, anything I say is based solely on what I have read. Hopefully, malleable owners will chime in and correct me if I'm wrong. This implant does nothing to help you recover any (or some) lost size. There is no increase in penis size when you are preparing for sex, as is reported by many with an inflatable. It doesn't have the rigidity to correct much when it comes to Peyronie's impacted cocks. Some guys have reported having trouble with it bending during insertion or with heavy, aggressive penetrative sex. Anal seems to be particularly challenging because of insufficient rigidity which can't be increased. as with an inflatable. There are some positives about the malleable such as ease of use, easier surgery/recovery, no dexterity or hand strength required for use, I'm sure there are more pros and cons and I hope others will contribute.

Salut lu implant il est fe ici en Europe svp merci beaucoup
Re: Pump or semi-rigid
I would do the 3 piece pump, hands down better than any other options. Even if you have to get multiple revisions you will likely get a longer dick each time. I have gone through a lot of pain so far, but would still do it again for the positive results.

Pump... I was a grower not a shower, and the increase in my minimum size has been a real annoyance, and I have a pump which is going to give a much better minimum size than a malleable.
The pump also has an absurd level of rigidity. It can be barely penetratively hard all the way through knock holes in wood hard depending how stiff you want it at the time.

Re: Pump or semi-rigid
My opinion is from reading many posts from members wanting a malleable implant.
1: Most seem more interested in the lower price than any other feature. In my life, for very important purchases, the lowest price has seldom been the best product.
2: Due to economic conditions in their home countries. They naturally want to avoid needing a revision. Obviously they read of men here getting revisions & then believe that frequent revisions are normal for inflatables. Most men hope that a malleable implant lasts forever. Unfortunately, I've read of at least one member whose malleable wore out. In order to stop the pain he needed to pay to have it removed. One member here that has an inflatable that failed decided to not have it removed. His non working inflatable did not cause any pain thus did not need to be removed.
3: So by having a malleable you are not certain to never need more surgery. I'm not seeing the benefits of a malleable for the vast majority of men. The only benefit is the lower initial price. Further surgery is a very real possibility.
