Thin penis vs implanted penis?

I've asked this before but i dont feel satisfied enough with the answers.

I have peyronies case where the girth is basically shrinking more and more each year, also a bit of length but not much(yet). Im now exactly average in girth but that will soon go away since i lost 1/3 inch of girth just this year.

For those who have implants: Would you rather wait, see the penis gradually disappear but still use the natural erections until they no longer work, or just stop the suffering and size decrease by getting an implant even tho the erections are working? is sex with a thin natural penis better than an implanted penis?

For now i wont do anything but in a few years my dick will be a stick with no girth and i just cant see how that will be satisfying for anyone. Im also pretty sure ill eventually have erection issues... But who knows maybe science will solve the issue in 5 years and I'll be regretting an implant...

Greatful for answers and perspectives, thank you!

spend the money you would have to spend on an implant looking for a professional for peyronie's, having sex with a natural penis compared to an implant is a million times better, not to mention all the risks, problems and life conditioning that an implant can give you, many here are convinced that an implant is a spectacular invention, it is only for those who had an irreversibly dead cock

I've read that an implant is considered the gold standard for peyronies. So if its considered the gold standard? What is the reasonable chance that there will be a new gold standard in the timeline that you propose?
Do you know of any treatments that are in patient trials? Has a medical specialist told you that something is on the near horizon? Your answer lies in the anwers to those two questions
If you've lose 1/3" in a year, what size will you be in 5 years?
Points to ponder.

I just got implanted on the 4th for this exact reason I was losing girth/erectile strength and didn’t want to see my dick shrink. Too soon for me to comment on whether it was the right call a bit confused because my girth post implant has been fluctuating between 5.3-5.9 I think it’s dependent on arousal level.

Regardless I’m giving it 11 weeks to grow and if it’s not all back to 6inches (where I was before PD) I’ll just get urofill to get back there.

Hey swedishdave
I too had a pencil dick ie thin and tall like me, It was broken during sex and ended up with severe peyronies. I was recommended ip surgery but was a scared and didn’t have the money. I was 45 ish, Over the next ten years my plaques naturally healed and the hour glassing lessoned. But our sex life sucked the tills made me sick for weeks and the timing issues were always a mental pain. Bounce forward another 7 years ,,So after my implant my dick has never had as much girth, its still not my teenage leight but its close and it gets hard. There is such sadness trying to masterbate a limp noodle after years of ED , you are young seek a positive and good urologist for help.
Good luck bud.

Hi chinspok - Just to clarify... Are you saying that your girth did increase after IPP or did it not?

You seem to be dissatisfied with the penile implant? why is sex with a natural penis a million times better? thats not my understanding from reading all the posts on this forum. That is very discouraging to hear. On the other hand, sex with a normal penis without the peyronies i have is also a lot better so i dont know how to get the correct perspective on this.

Tell me exactly why you dont like the implant please. Thank you!

an implant will never feel like a natural penis, it always has 2 cylinders and a pump that feel, they told me that if the glans swells first it will swell later, the vast majority is not true, even for me, I'm almost 12 weeks and I only reached orgasm 3 times with a lot of effort, now it's gone, they said I didn't lose size and the cock became flat like a sausage losing circumference, it is clear that whoever had a non-functioning cock and very far ahead with age sees the implant as a miracle, my dick was still working with pills, it works better for you, better try to find a non-implant peyronie specialist, otherwise it takes 10 minutes to convince you that the best thing for you is an implant
