Hey wondering if you guys can share how to use VED with the implant? Same as before? Also, how long was it until your doctor cleared you for ved?

I've been told that you can't harm the implant using VED. The only warning I was given was to only use VED when fully inflated, don't do it when deflated. Once I was released to cycle at 4 weeks I slowly started VED. YOU DON'T WANT TO OPEN ANY INCISIONS. Waiting longer is better then starting too early.
I personally cycle twice a day, an hour when I wake up and and hour late in the evening before bedtime. I only use the VED in the morning, 10 minutes on, 10 minutes off for the full 60 minutes. I rarely go above 5 inches of vacuum and that results in about 1/2" additional length.
Prior to my implant, I would pump to 10 inches OF VACUUM on my original equipment to try to keep it stretched and healthy.
I'm mindful of where I place the cylinder against my body to make sure I'm not kinking any tubes or sucking them up in the cylinder unnaturally. It's never happened, but I think about it.
I think it's safe to say that there's varying opinions on whether or not it's worthwhile. Some swear that it has made a huge difference, others report no benefit. I'm doing it because I have the time, patience and equipment. I'll give it 3-4 months and see if I can see any improvement. With anything implant related, patience is the key.

hahaha. no no no no....10" of vacuum! I edited to make that perfectly clear now.
I'm squarely in the 6 3/4" camp, would be happy to get to 7" at some point.

This is a great point WatNext, the clamps and rings and all that other jazz seem to be the cause of unwanted issues with the implanted device.

I understand the point you were making, I was extending it to VED and additional rings/clamps/etc. use with implanted devices, which is the question posed by the original poster. I agree that some VED activities can contribute to ED.
VED prior to implantation often requires all the extra stuff beyond just the cylinder, and after implantation those items can damage the implant and it's components.
