Tips in gland are very hard and uncomfortable

9 weeks out. The tips of the cylinders in my gland go about halfway to 3/4 in. And if I press on my gland they are very hard like a rock and it hurts… The rest of the cylinders in the shaft are now soft like a plastic bottle.
Is this a sign for concern or totally normal?
Thanks,
J

Are your glans engorged when erect?

That's pretty normal to have soreness in the glans for a while.
I can still poke my glans and feel the tips, if I poke hard yea it kind of smarts.

This improves with time. You’re in the cycling phase. That stretching and pushing in the glans hurts. You’ll get conditioned to it over time and will be able to pump harder, for longer, with time At 85% now, mine is comfortable. But early on, i was alarmed by glans tenderness too.

A few months ago a member reported persistent glan discomfort. His dr, Eid, said that perhaps he was mildly oversized. Advice was to bear the pain to see if his body would get used to it. Eventually the pain went away.
Read that result anyway you want. My take is that either his tunica stretched a tiny bit or his crus accepted more of the implants rear tips into it. Perhaps both. Remember, I think implants are sized in .5cm increments. To those using the American style system. We're only talking a very little over 3/16".
I'm betting on the crus but who knows.

Patient: "Doc, it hurts when I do this."
Doctor: "Well, then, don't do that."
Seriously, if it hurts all the time, I would be concerned. At only a couple months in, if it aches when inflated and not at all when deflated, I would think it completely normal. If it only hurts when you press, I would also not worry.
I am 5 years implanted and my glans begins to ache from the implant's tips if if am fully inflated for more than 45 minutes to an hour. I can feel the hard tips any time I palpate my glans, but I do not do that on a regular basis.

Sorry guys I should have added that this is when deflated. The tips of the cylinders are just very hard in the glans, this causes some pain and discomfort.
Is this normal? Or am I perhaps not deflating fully and that's why the tips are still hard in the glans even when deflated?
Do you guys squeeze the glans as well as the shaft when trying to deflate?

I had the same problems as you, at about 2/3 weeks I had a small lesion on the side of the left upper frenulum just below the glans, the tips felt as if they were going to pierce the glans and the frenulum which was very tense, I'm not circumcised, it did very bad, I cut my balls that I was slightly oversized, the doctor said no, he gave me cortison chemycetin for the small lesion that the spikes had caused when I was riding a bicycle, after a few days it healed and at the same time the capsule, at 5/6 weeks I still felt a little pain, around 7/8 weeks up to now 12 weeks I feel discomfort when I ride a bike but when I deflate I have no problems, now the orgasm and sensitivity are returning, I hope it can being able to fuck 30/40 minutes without discomfort which turns into pain which then blocks my orgasm, now I'm accelerating on my bike doing 70/75 minutes 2 times a day at most

The tips 'bugged me' for probably the first 5 - 6 months until everything settled in. But I was largely inactive, other than treadmill walking on occasion.
I say 'bugged me' because there was discomfort from the tips in the glans during the early parts of the journey and then soreness after giving the implant a workout (cycling), etc. After eight or nine months though, everything physically felt fine, and remains so. I love this fucker, pun intended.
I hope you have a similar experience. At just 9 weeks, I wouldn't fret at all.
