I read many posts of you and your surgery is now long time ago in my opinion, for your described pain level. I think your too long in pain mode and there is something wrong about your surgery. I could imagine that your a little oversized and thats the reason for your problems and pain level. Just my thoughts about your case!

Maybe it s time to talk again with Antonini about your case and tell him your problems. You payed him a lot and it s obvious that something went wrong in your case.

Its possible to cut off 0,5 or 1cm from the rear side of coloplast cylinders so that there is no need for another implant. perfect placed cylinders are mid glans if your cylinders will push further then mid glans (end of tunica distal) then the pain will occur there. If the cylinders push more at the proximal tunica you will have pain there.

So please tell me if you have pain at the end of your tunica proximal or distal side, if yes it s obvious that your oversized. There is not really another reason for having that pain level after 3 months IMO.

What degree of inflation is your implant when you masturbate with pain? Perhaps a lesser degree of inflation would be more comfortable?

I do not know what technique of masturbation you are using or if you are using any sort of device. Perhaps a change would help.

frank i don't have an implant..but the trauma i suffered brought me pain for 3 years..my penis was numb and i couldn't reach orgasm..and trauma is not comparable to a prosthesis surgery..now after 3 years the pain has almost gone .. I say almost because sometimes it comes back .. now I can reach orgasm easily .. the penis is a very delicate organ time will take months maybe 1 year but it will pass

masturbation takes place with bare hands, no device, after 15/20 minutes as soon as the excitement appears and the sensation that I could reach orgasm after a few minutes, the sense of discomfort appears at the same time along the cylinders, the degrees of inflation I've tried them all, but it's better towards 75/85%

I have pain after orgasm, seems to subside aftr 1-2 hours. I expect it to improve as I continue to heal.
