Best cycling routines

Currently I’m doing this:
- pump to max for 20m;
- pump some more (usually 2-3 pumps) for another 20m;
- pump some more (usually 2-3 pumps) for another 10m.
50m in total. By that final 10m when im pumped to the absolute max I am in excruciating pain, but just putting up with it. It’s interesting how the penis stretches and after 20m, you can get in more pumps.
I do this 2 x a day, both 50m sessions.
I hope to add VED and perito exercises in a few months.
What are your cycling routines? What has worked for you?

I just pump it up to max 2x/day and keep it inflated as long as it's convenient, which is anywhere between 1.25-2.5 hrs but usually somewhere around 1.5 hrs/event.

I inflate to 100% twice a day but the longest I can go is 1 hour at best. Not painful but man talk about sore.

2 hours per day 1x in the am and 1x in the PM.

My doctor was vague. But said twice a day for 30 minutes ea time and try to add a few pumps. I’ve been reading this forum for a long time and seems this is about standard. I did the perito exercises after a couple months and got back to my original size after about 10 months. I really think you’ll get all your going to get eventually if you just use it a couple times a week and max out at least once or twice. But, it will happen quicker if you push it. I’ve read where people did not do perito exercises and was still regaining up to a year and a half. By 10 months when I hit my original size I’ve backed off on time and no more exercises and so far so good.

I do an hour in the morning in bed, and an hour at night in bed. I do the exercises (I think) and add pumps or semi-pumps along the way.
In the mornings, I do 10 minutes at full pump, 10 minutes at 5" of vacuum, 10 minutes full pump with exercises, 10 minutes VED, 10 minutes full pump with exercises and finish the hour with 10 minutes of VED. Never going over 5" of vacuum, or else I get a bit of a donut in the skin under my glans. All along adding squeezes when I can.
By the last 15 minutes or so my glans is aching something fierce. I then hop in the shower and distract myself by showering it with the warmest water I can stand. That relieves the ache quite a bit, but it comes right back. I go through my whole shower routine at max pump and enjoy the deflation after drying off. So in the mornings, I'm probably cycling for about 1.5 hours total.
At night, just the full pump for an hour with exercises. I am READY to deflate at the 60 minute mark, and the relief comes pretty quickly.

I'm reluctant to pump at 100%. Reason is, I read that another here constantly pumped it at 100%, and it eventually caused a leak. For me, pumping at 80 to 90 percent is plenty.
Am I wrong about this??

Still 2cm off my OEM length, pretty sure i wont get there unless i do a revision. Trying to get more girth but again, this will probably be minimal.
You were implanted by Chris Love. Everyone I have spoken to that used him, got back to their original length.
Maybe try increase cycling time, intensity, or add in a new VED/perito exercises.

45min, once per day, at night while getting ready for bed and doing dishes. This way it doesn't take minimal time out of day.

I'm 8 weeks post-op and in love with my new cock. Every day I pump it as hard as I can get it (about 12 pumps, then 5 more) and normally that happens twice a day. I leave Noddy hard for about 2 hours each time, I don't deflate until the stinging pain gets unbearable. Previously I was 5" and now after pumping him up I'm 5 1/4 inches. Perhaps I'll gain more length but it's never been a problem for me before, and it's not now. One thing about my routine: I work around the garden while he's rigid and you do not want to bump the end of Noddy while in that condition, it hurts. BTW, I'm Aussie from Brisbane in the Sunshine State downunder.
