Does 100% ever change?

Hey Guys,
just wondering if over time 100% hard ever changes like can you get more pumps in as time passes? I am at 2 weeks and I pump until the bulb cannot be pressed further which I assume is 100%? It's definitely hard but not as hard as my natural erections could my stressed tunica be causing the lack of firmness? I had some scar tissue removed from my tunica and I wonder if it is not expanding all the way and not optimally working with the IPP (as clavell has said the two work together to create hardness). My dick feels like it has loose skin all around it.

Yes, I'm at 9 weeks and it gets a lot harder and you're able to pump more and even the pump ball gets harder. I also noticed this is when my length began to return to normal or pre Ed length.

Definitely gets harder with time. Just my uneducated guess but you might benefit from perito exercises to help stretch things out. It is a bit uncomfortable as is max pumping if you’re sized accurately or a little on the big side. At least until things get stretched out and the cylinders get softened up. Your gal is will get much softer as the implants break in and soften up also.

Yeah the bulb is getting softer but the erection itself is pretty much the same it’s firm but I feel it could be more so.

Yes, I originally couldn't get past 12 and now I'm up almost 36 (few the last ones aren't full pumps though by any means). What I found helps me increase the number the most is pump it until I can't pump it anymore, then do the penis exercises as far as you can, and then pump it some more. Generally if I have sex for a half hour or so I can get another two pumps in as well from the bending. My doctor wanted me to cycle for an hour a day, so basically every 15 minutes I attempt to add an additional pump or two.
