Now that you have your implant can you have multiple sex sessions with your partner and does she enjoy it?

I am just starting this journey and would like to hear how your partner enjoys doing it multiple times My wife and I have never neen able do it twice ever. But I sure would like this to occur if possible. I realize there is more to this scenario just this stupid question.

Absolutely!
My wife is usually ready to post sex cuddle time after reaching orgasm....she gets there 98% of the time and that is most easily accomplished with hard pounding vigorous sex.
We often take a short break and then go again.
I can go all night....repeatedly without issue.

Only gone a couple times in one session but have a friend that was implanted 3 weeks before me and he has a nympho for a girlfriend. They do it several times daily and sometimes 3-4 times on a weekend day. The only limit is your physical ability and desire. Implant will keep going much longer than you can stand.

I was on holiday in Thailand last month and my girlfriend and i had sex twice daily usually. (sometimes once), and that commenced at 9 weeks postop! It depends on how good of shape you are in and how much your wife can take it. LOL! The most I've done it about 4 times a day. Take it easy on your wife. LOL! She is going to say what are you trying to do kill me LOL! Welcome, to the club.

Yes, you can go as many times as you want, for as long as you want.
For me, the ability to get the wife to orgasm 2, 3 or more times is the best. After we finish, I love to lay next to her and cuddle while I am still inside her. Sometimes that starts another round!

Oh yeah, i mean you still get post nut ennui, but can just keep going... And going and going and going... 2.5hr straight with every reasonable position we could contort ourselves into was about our longest "single run". Usually about 45m piv time now. I’m sure everyone is different, we tried a few weeks ago to have a two climax session, but my wife’s clit and vaginal area became very sensitive after her first climax and was unable to climax the second time. It might be possible if we waited a while before going at it again but we haven’t tried, usually she gets sleepy after the first climax, still experimenting but multiple for us hasn’t worked.

Can you get hard to go twice with the implant? Absolutely. Will you have the same level of arousal/engorgement both times? That depends on your hormone levels as proloactin is released after orgasm causing a refractory period. Cabergoline, adderall, or other drugs such as those can drastically shorten your refractory period if that is an issue.
