When i reach 100% for cycling where I cannot squeeze the bulb any further if I wait 5-10 seconds I can ALWAYS squeeze it again once. It's almost like that last pump flows out of the cylinders. Does that sound normal?

Hillywilly,
100% normal. IMHO, the cylinders will continue to expand a little.

Yep. Normal.

I squeeze to the max until i can pump no further. Do tge perito exercises and get a few more small squeezes in. Hold that max pump for :15-:20 minutes. At the end of that can get a few more small squeezes in.

After waiting a litle but, your hand may recover some strength, making it easier to add another squeeze.
