There are several ways to fix pump issues I've found. If you are having issues like I am here are some ways to correct it, because the AMS 700 MS pump can "stick" esp when new or when it hasn't been used for awhile.
You can press and hold deflate and try to completely deflate, then press the bulb firmly and quickly to get the "pop" and try to pump it up. If the bulb doesn't refill then press deflate, then try to re pump, if it still doesn't refill then try the deflate/inflate in rapid succession to kinda rock the valves into working.
If the pump has flattened when squeezed, you can also try to "massage" the deflate block by squeezing the "bar" that the deflate button is in on either side of the button, squeeze in on them like your trying to compress the sides towards the button, apply firm pressure and wiggle/rock the block between your fingers, this can soften or loosen the area around the valves.
Soak in a hot tub, hot bath, hot shower, or heating pad to the area to warm/heat up the pump to try and soften/loosen the area so the pump with work. Again press deflate button and then try to pump.
As said many times, DO NOT press the deflate button and squeeze the bulb at the same time, this could damage the pump.
You may also try to see if you can "feel" along the tubes that enter the top of the pump and see if you can "feel" any kinks in the line. If so you can try to "stretch" it out by pulling/stretching your penis to its full length and moving it up, down, left and right several times to try and work out the kink.
And you can always call Boston Scientific directly at their customer line ( 844-433-2873 ) to go over the steps with them, but if you've tried these, this is pretty much what they will tell you and if all this fails they will ask that you see your Dr. So he can troubleshoot the device.
They told me it's rare for a pump to fail and is really hard for you to damage it as well. Hope this can help some who need it.
