PDE5's are used to preserve cavernosal tissue post prostatectomy? I don't think PDE5's would work very well in that scenario I have read ICI and VED are the preferred modalities because they bypass the penile nerves to induce an erection.

AND more importantly that penile implants are a great option if all else fails. Might also help with long term depression rates.
