sounds like its possible to go for a few rounds.I never really had short refractory periods so one ejaculation per night would be in most cases..in the past.

now I can barely have a fuck for 20/25 minutes, I think that after a fuck it starts to hurt, then there are some variables I think, one thing being 30 and one thing being 60, most likely at 60 you'll be able to do 2 within 6/10 hours, then if there are rocco siffredi here I don't know

I just got my implant on 4-18-2023. I sure hope I can fuck my wife several times during our date night! I cannot wait for this experience.

That is one of reasons I decided to go through all this pain and suffering in the first place. When I was 21 I could orgasm several times in my partner with only a few minutes delay. My partner at that time just loved it.

My wife is in for a big surprise soon This is going to be fun.

Totally agree with Livingston -- used to be when I orgasmed my erection would droop and it would usually be over -- often not giving my wife time to orgasm herself.

Now if I orgasm first I can keep right on going till she does -- which makes both of us very happy!

I had sex after ejaculation before the implant several times when I was particularly horny or on high dose viagra/ trimix. Not sure why you think it would be different with the IPP? IPP does not change your hormone or prolactin levels. Yes, you can have sex again immediatley. Will you want to? Maybe, but probably not until your biological time to cum clock resets.

My question was around the "will you want to".

I do not recall ever having sex right after ejaculating ever in my life. Maybe my prolactin levels have been always on the higher side.

Just curious if IPP allows one to overcome the hormonal/psychological relaxation a man feels after orgasm and instead of the need to fall asleep or relax continue using the implant.
