Just had a quick question for the implant community! Was wondering with an implant does the penis still get warm/hot? Or is it cold? Like does blood still flow to the penis is pretty much my question. Thanks a lot!

Yes, my penis still has the same temperature it always had. It gets warm, it gets cold. Blood is still there, just like it always was. Blood just doesn't fill up to cause an erection anymore.

Same here. Just like before. But…. At first while there’s swelling you might experience some days that it gets cold as the swelling can block some blood flow. My first few months I got very little engorgement. Got concerned but over first 5-6-7 months it’s back to as good as it was anytime last 10 years.

Normally mine is same temp wife says (oral, vaginal, hand.) That said... it can get a LOT colder than an erection in some circumstances. Like I was cycling peter up in the air, fan blowing on it, and it was cold just like my fingers would be if i put them in the fan air for an hour. I am 100% sure wife would have been like "HOLY SHIT THAT'S COLD" if I'd tried to have sex with her then. If you had a natural erection up in that cold environment-- you'd lose it and it would retreat from the cold. My little soldier no longer understands the dangers of the world and will charge on ahead in all circumstances as long as he's not deflated.

I agree with Phliptrip, it's a good thing mine doesn't get cold, I wouldn't get any if it was cold, my wife hates anything cold.
On a serious note, no I haven't noticed that it has changed much, I'm sure it can still get cold, if you are in a cold environment. Now that I'm 17 months out from surgery, I've noticed that when I'm aroused I can feel the blood flowing to it and it will rise just a little bit, and the glans become more enlarged, which is great. I know that it's not possible to get a natural erection but the feeling is nice, and then it makes you want to inflate it and get down to business.

I'm sure you will get different replies, because all of us are different and have different anatomies.

There are times mine feels colder than the rest of my body. Just a little cooler.

My guess is that this is all about arousal level and if you had blood flow prior to surgery (ie, glans and spongiosum/underside engorgement).

If you are fortunate enough to have that, when aroused and blood is flowing into those areas you should still have a warm dick. But, when simply cycling/pumping in an unaroused state, yeah, mine's kind of chilly.
