Anyone use a VED AFTER SURGERY?

Hi,
Been about 2 years since implanted by Dr. Eid. Very happy except that need to take Cialis or Viagra to get a plump/round penis with enlarged glans. Until past few months, I’ve woken up with a very full penis and glans. I used vacuum pumping for years prior to surgery to keep tissues healthy.
Does anyone have experience andor suggestions on pumping post implant? Have read that Perito recommends it while Eid is indifferent….

There is different opinions among the major surgeons. Hakky recommends using it post implant. Always within in reason and not over use.

I do every morning as I’m 2.5 months post op. I plan on doing so for at least 12 months and then I’ll reevaluate. I’ve been told that it cannot hurt the implant, but I am mindful of the tubing and try to make sure I’m not kinking anything.

Are there really very many doctors opposing it? Most of what I read is consistent that VED use before and after implant is very helpful and worthwhile. If any doctors disagree I won't call them wrong but I am curious what their concerns might be.

Agree that you will get differing opinions from the high volume docs -- Eid gave me no reassurance that it would help -- said the same thing about aggressive cycling, i.e. he left me in a boat with no paddles (though I otherwise loved the guy and the implant surgery he did on me with instantaneous recovery). When I had consulted with Hakky, he stressed VED pre and post op.
And after reading the brothers say that VED helped them regain length, I did it on most days. ALSO the Perito exercise I felt was very valuable. Combining both methods I regained my length plus another inch. And for engorgement of my glans, I started using topically applied misoprostol which adds another quarter inch of length and a half in of girth at the base.
With those gains over the past year, I have stopped using the VED but still do Perito to keep the tubes "flexible".

From what I've gathered, there seems to be some indifference from the implant doctors on the effectiveness of VED post op. Which tells me it must not be something that can cause damage or they would warn against it. (always pump AFTER you've inflated the implant)
In the past I read a study about post op VED that showed there was some benefit, but not amazing results.
Also, Dr. Clavell made a very good point when I asked him about it, he said it was up to me if I wanted to use VED post operatively, but he was mindful that part of his job is to make men feel whole again and put ED in the rear view mirror. He was aware that encouraging VED could put some men back in the "less than" frame of mind, back where their erections are deficient. He encourages you to cycle for a few months and USE IT. Put all the ED connections in the past and move forward with the new you.
So, in general I think there can be a minor upside, but for some men there can be a larger psychological downside.

Thanks for the replies.
Can you tell me your pumping protocol? E.g., how much do you inflate your penis (if at all) prior to pumping. How long a session, frequency?
Do you use the water pumps or vacuum with air?
Thanks
