the takeaway is Penuma is dicey...and it only increases flacid length.

A better combination for implanted guys is IPP plus fillers.

Yeah man I decided Landon trost is kind of a bitch and doesn’t really give a shit about helping guys regain girth length or cosmetic appearance of penis back.

Great discussion. It has really put fillers on the map for me. Perito inspires confidence. Penuma results look good but the risks are too high imo.

Agreed plus I think the minimum you can go up is like an inch or and inch and a half. So you’re adding a LOT of girth.
