Difference between implants

Hi guys I’m heavily considering an implant.
After a bit of research I’m starting to figure out that, probably, every surgeon will push for the brand that is more economically advantageous for him.
While I want to pick the implant that is better for me
My undersatanding is these are the choices
1) 2 pieces AMS Ambicor
2) 3 pieces AMS 700
3) 3 pieces Titan Colaplast
4) 4 pieces Rigicon
I have to add that, when flacid, my penis is very short.
If I completely stretch my penis starting from flacid it won’t get as long as when it is full of blood.
So I have to keep this into account when choosing the implant.
I’m quite interested in Rigicon for the lifetime guarantee.
And I was told from Antonini in Italy that, with him, Titan and AMS have just a 5 years guarantee that to me is quite a deal breaker to be honest
Can anyone explain to me the difference among these implants? I’m planning several consultations so I need to do my homework better
