Hello Dear Ft users as you all know about my recent implant. it came with a lot of anxiety and worrisome.
during there's a lot to worry about and being alone at home does get to you. not being able to go out constantly looking at the penis and seeing the size difference. How did you guys over come this. My aniety has been off the roof. Im a Muslim and I'm Praying to Allah for a healthy recovery. My prayers give me strength but then I think down the down the journey and it gets me anxiety too. yes living with HF wasn't easy but this is a whole new world.

Recovery does take time. I too had some doubts after losing over an inch of length, however with twice daily cycling I'm back to within a quarter inch of where I started, and I'm confident that I'll increase my size in the long run.
I do still have some pain at times, but sex with the implant is fantastic. Absolutely no performance anxiety, and I'm a Superman to my girls.
Hang in there, and rely on your faith. You'll be fine.

hey dave. i have a question. what about malleable implant do you lose size since u dont have a pump or no?

Bigdave's signature says that he has an LGX. LGX is an inflatable implant. It is highly unlikely that he has first hand experience with a malleable implant. Only under very rare circumstances do Americans get a malleable & even then it is normally only used untill an infection is gone then an inflatable implant is installed.
Not having the ability to inflate means its kind of difficult to not lose at least some size. That & other features of malleables makes them not very common in the USA.

Biomedex3090. I hope that I helped you. It's difficult to explain to men from some parts of the world that malleables are not well viewed in the USA. Yes, they are cheaper but they do have some poor features. Here they are normally only used to hold space open in a penis that has an infection. Once the infection is cured an inflatable is normally put in. Men that have arthritis or very weak hand strength will get a malleable because they can't make the pump function.
Some men think that they last forever. Not true. There is a member that rarely posts here. His malleable has failed. It is causing him immense pain. He doesn't have insurance or the money to get it removed. He admits it was the worst decision of his life.
We also have a member that frequently posts. His inflatable implant has failed. Him & his wife are done with sex. The implant does not cause any pain so he has chosen to leave it in.

You’re 4 days out right? Not nearly enough time to know your size. The recovery is rough buddy I hear ya but it does get better I’m almost 5 weeks out and have definitely experienced increase in length and girth that have gotten me close to my original length and girth.

Tell dr Clavell about your struggles my surgeon wrote me a script for Xanax and pain meds and it helped me pull through.

Good idea buddy. Also, watch this here if you are unhappy with your girth in 12 weeks you have options same with length (albeit surgical ones). But you need 12 weeks to see where you are going to be size wise first.

There is a lot of pain at first 10-15 days after surgery. I had a similar experience. The root cause was not the surgery but the pain med plan I was on 1 oxycodone every 12 hours and 1 extra strength Tylenol every 8 hours.

I wound up at 1 Oxycodone every 4 hours and 2 Tylenol regular strength every 6 hours.

Before the revised pain plan I was saying to myself what in the hell did I just do? I was in severe pain
