I understand waiting while you address your mental health, however you don't have to use Trimix for penile health, unless you are injecting for sex as well. A decent VED, (vacuum erection device) will do an excellent job of pulling blood into your dick, which is what you need to keep it healthier and prevent or mitigate size loss. The VED can be used far more frequently than is recommended with injections. Also, I wouldn't hold my breath for any serious advancements regarding implants in the next 2 years. I'm no medico, these opinions are based my observations and research.

Don’t wait 2 years. That’s alot of years of wasted sex. If you need it, get it. Find the best surgeon for you, best time for you (this year) and get it done. I had mine right before Christmas and it’s great. I can fuck like I’m 20 again 6x a day. I’ve tried it out with 18 different ones so far and just hitting my stride. In lieu of how I was 30 years ago this rocks. Once you make up your mind stay off here. No offense but to many trolls, hypochondriacs, and people who have far worse issues then ED post on here. This site helped me make my choice of surgeons , and there are some great dedicated helpful members on here but there are others that detract from that, and induce even more worry and trepidation in your choice.

Good luck!!

Do not wait for new technology. It could be 2 years, 5 years or never.

Even if the technology is invented, I participated in a survey with 1 of the manufacturers, it takes a long time to be approved.

Floridaspeedo is right. Waiting for technology is a gamble. In my opinion, not worth taking unless you have information that most of us do not have about something about to be released or access to clinical trials, etc.

I did wait 14 months to find a surgeon I trusted, but that was by necessity and choice.

I agree with the others who advised you to use a VED (Vacuum Erection Device) for penile health and size retention. Read up on proper protocols for how best to do that. I recommend 30 minutes twice a day thusly:

Achieve and erection inside the vacuum chamber and hold it for 30 seconds or so, then release so your erection goes completely relaxed (it may not go completely flaccid if your ED is not extreme). Probably about another 30 seconds Then repeat, repeat, repeat for 30 minutes. Do this once or twice a day. Do not use constriction rings for this therapeutic exercise. (First thing in the morning and last thing at night is what I did.) But do your own research for the best protocol that suits your lifestyle.

I can understand waiting. The problem, at least in my mind, is when to stop waiting.
I had finally found a source for implant info, right here. I read as much as I could to be as well informed as I could. Made a call to California to talk to a good surgeon. Finally settled on a local well qualified dr that is kind of under the radar. Got my first appointment & all went well. But guess what? Most elective surgeries were stopped due to Covid. You couldn't get anesthesia without an open ICU bed incase something went wrong. It took over a full year for that to change. By then I had some doubts. Plus a few health tests needed to be repeated. Back in the waiting line I went. Four full months to see my surgeon, he sends me back to my cardiologist for a cardio clearance. All that crap added up to a 10 month delay on top of the Covid delay. At the very last minute bacteria was found in my urine culture. Antibiotics, a waiting period & a two day window for a new culture. My drs staff pulled off a miracle with 5-6 hours to spare. If they hadn't made it happen, my next surgery date would of been five weeks later.
All I can say about waiting is to set a firm date to stop waiting. Getting the implant train moving again can be a monumental undertaking. For your own sake, please set a realistic deadline & stick to it.
Good luck to those that have decided to wait.

I agree, get the implant and start living life, option 1.

2nd, and more controversial, check out thundersplace, a good hanging routine with a bib hanger or something similar and an all day stretcher like jes extender absolutely increases penis length. Hang for 30 min, 3 sets of 10 min sessions, then put on your extender for as much time as possible, work up to 12 hours a day in traction. With 100 percent commitment and taking as few days off as possible you should be able to gain length. It took me years but I gained 1 inch bone pressed length.

I also tried pumps, its the only Penis Enlargement device that hurt me, i broke a blood vessel and had swelling. Obviously i over did it, but pumps didnt work for me, felt nice but thats about it. Temp girth increase that lasted a few hours in the beginning to 15 min by the end. Some how my body adjusted and expelled the fluid fast after a month of use. But???? Some people love pumps, i used a bathmate.

Again, i would recommend option 1, a hard cock is better than an extra inch in my opinion.

If you strongly feel your mental health has to heal first, my personal opinion would be to go with the Trimix -- at least for sex. I got tremendous erections from using it. Yes, after awhile I developed scarring, but an experienced high volume implant surgeon can manage their way through that -- mine did and I was obliterated with it.

And there are many, many guys who never get scarring from it -- if you are one of those, it will safely buy you the 2 years you need.

If you need advice on Trimix use and sources, there are plenty on the Injections forum. Or pm me if you like.

OK, brothers, I know I am out on a limb with this advice -- I seek shelter by conceding that I am not medical and this is just my personal opinion based on my own experience.
