WHY CANT WE START A HELPING PROGRAM

Hello Dear FT Brothers. Couple of days ago I came across someone who had one for his implant journey revision. someones implant that has stopped working or has any complications doesn't have insurance. if all of us chip in $10-$20 dollars a month I really don't have the head count for the amount of ft users it would help out everyones who's in trouble. someone just posted about a guy who got a malleable and it stopped working and he's in a lot of pain. I believe the health care should be free for all but I guess that's not how the world works. ED has already affected a big part of daily life. Lets make things easy for the people that really need the revision done.

if 2000 members put $20 as donation a month that's=$40,000 we could all be helping so many people over just 6 months

I really don't know if this topic is against FT policy but I just thought of it. Im Someone who also did borrow money to treat and pay for a lot of my bills and being uninsured I know the pain of how it feels. I feel like we are a great community that support each other I don't see a reason why we cant help the ones in serious cases who are either in pain or in need of life threatening surgeries.

bless you all

Noble idea and everything but that's not gonna happen. People aren't gonna give away their money consistently every month to put in some savings account of other dudes with dick problems and every 6 months we could just give $25,000 to a person who asks nicely (is winning the money like a contest?) to fix their dick problems. Sorry, you said it yourself, not how the world works.

In the USA there are some web sites where a person can ask for donations to help with personal problems.
Nice idea but it already exists here. Just a different format. Btw, there are charity organizations & hospitals that cover medical problems. Saint Judes hospital come to mind for children. McDonalds runs one. National Jewish Hospital in Denver for lung problems. The Shriners Organization has one.
I do not remember one for IPP's.
The man that I mentioned with the failed malleable didn't seem to be interested in seeking charity help. Sadly you can't help those that won't take the first step.

It;s possible, especially through GoFundME, but we have the issue of monitoring which a claims are real and whcih are fake.

It's the internet after all, there will be trolls, fakes, everywhere.

I am all for up if we can find a way to verify the claims.

I commend you for your desire to help others, but agree with the above that this just isn’t feasible. My doctor, one of the best in the world, only charged $21,000 out of pocket.

This is less than the cost of a new budget compact car. Since most people, one way or another, could afford that if it became a necessity, i think the implant is a relative bargain.

Could work, could fail. My concerns would be
1. which surgeon is the person going to? I wouldnt want to put money towards someones revision if they go to a bad surgeon.
2. scams/fakes
3. who is monitoring the legitimate use of the funds
