Implanted 4-18-2023. Ever since after the first couple of days I am getting regular precum dribble into my underwear (Separatec). It is day and night. I did not have this condition pre-surgery.

Yes, I was dribbling pre-cum by week 4. Was still inflated since surgery, semi-wrapped up. It would make the bandage stick to the tip of my penis. Careful regarding expectations. You have an official “launch date” with the missus it seems, and that is surely something to look forward to.

I too had an official launch date with my girlfriend, 10 weeks postop. (was cleared prior to that, but she lives in a foreign country. Was the soonest i could get to her). Despite my horniness and readiness i did experience some soreness and tenderness. I wasn’t able to pump up to max without discomfort in glans and scrotum. Still had done numbness in lower shaft and incision area. Took a few times to get my head around the novelty of it all. The pumping. The sensations. I hoped it would get better with time….and it has!
